Base fee:
  • This registration category includes the dental office staff members of pediatric dentists registered for the conference.

    NOTE: There is a place on the Active Member Registration form for CAPD Members to register their staff. However if Staff are registering as individuals and paying on their own, then please use this form.

    Registration fee includes the Friday and Saturday scientific sessions and the Friday evening Welcome Reception in the Haida Gwaii Salon at the Canadian Museum of History.

    *The Saturday evening President's Dinner at the Delta City Centre Hotel is NOT included in this registration category. Staff must be registered and pay for this event at the time of registration at the fees listed below.

    Saturday evening President`s Dinner at the Delta Hotels Ottawa City Center -$150.00 per person.

    Staff Registration Fee is $325.00 until June 15th and $475.00 from June 16th onward.

    Les frais d’inscription incluent les séances scientifiques du vendredi et du samedi, ainsi que la réception de bienvenue du vendredi soir au salon Haida Gwaii du Musée canadien de l'histoire.

    *le dîner du président du samedi soir dans la salle Panorama de l’hôtel Delta City Centre n’est pas inclus dans cette catégorie d’inscription. Les membres du personnel doivent s’inscrire à cette activité et payer les frais indiqués ci-dessous au moment de leur inscription.

    Les frais d’inscription pour les membres du personnel sont de 325 $ jusqu’au 15 juin 2019, puis augmenteront à 475 $ à compter du 16 juin.

architecture, parks, walkways, bicycle paths, Embassy Row, the Rideau Canal

Locks and of course those amazing views of the Ottawa River.
