Summary: Pain is a major criterion for a patient’s appraisal of how good their dentist is. Attendees will learn how to give injections with no pain, no lag time, no collateral numbness and no failures.

Dr. Kari Badwi is committed to inspiring a generation of children who are happy going to the dentist. This is why she became a pediatric dentist and why she continues to enjoy coming to work every day.
Dr. Badwi was born and raised in Calgary, AB. After receiving her dental degree from New York University in 2004, she completed a one-year General Practice Residency in Buffalo, NY, followed by two years of postgraduate studies at The Women and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo, where she received her specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry. She returned home in 2007 and opened her private community practice specializing in Pediatric Dentistry.
Currently, Dr. Badwi is the Division Chief for Pediatric Dentistry for the AHS Calgary zone.
