Registration

  • Active CAPD/ACDP Members may submit a $250.00 + 5% GST deposit toward the 2025 Annual Conference in Calgary. By submitting this deposit, members will have priority reservation privileges for accommodation at the Westin Calgary, the Conference headquarters. Those who deposited will be asked to fill out the complete Conference Registration form in the new year. The $250.00 + 5% GST deposit will be applied toward the Conference Registration Fee.///Les membres actifs de l’ACDP/CAPD peuvent verser un acompte de 250 $, plus 5% TPS, en vue du congrès annuel de 2025 qui aura lieu à Calgary, AB. En versant cet acompte, les membres auront droit à la réservation prioritaire de leur hébergement à Westin Calgary où se tiendra le congrès. Les personnes ayant versé l’acompte seront priées de remplir le formulaire d’inscription au congrès. Cet acompte de 250 $ + 5% TPS sera alors déduit des frais d’inscription au congrès.

The Pre-Registration Fee of $250.00 (CAD) + 5% HST (Goods and Services Tax) guarantees accommodation at the Westin Calgary. The Fee will be credited toward the Conference Registration fee when formal registration begins in the New Year. 

The Westin Calgary

  • The majority of rooms are Traditional single/double guestrooms at $209.00 (CAD) ++
  • In addition, there are a limited number of Deluxe guestrooms st $239.00 (CAD)++

++The room rates do not include taxes, currently set at: 5% Federal Goods and Service Tax. 4% Tourism Levy, and 3% Destination Marketing Fee

The CAPD/ACDP Special Room Block rate is available 3 days before and 3 days after the Joint Conference

Please note that the hotel will NOT take reservations for the hotel room block until General Registration begins around the end of February, 2025.The only way to Pre-Reserve your accommodation is to Pre-Register with CAPD/ACDP.

The Calgary 2025 Annual Conference cancellation deadline is August 28, 2025. Requests received in writing on or before August 28 will be fully refunded (Pre-registration and registration). No refunds will be allowed after August 28, 2025
