Base fee:
  • CAPD/ACDP and AAPD Student Members are guests of the Canadian and American Academies, in an effort to encourage more Student Member participation. The Friday and Saturday scientific sessions are complimentary. There is a nominal fee of $50.00 to attend the Friday evening Welcome Reception as well as a nominal fee of $75.00 to attend the Saturday evening President's Dinner. In an effort to encourage more Student Member participation in the Academy, CAPD/ACDP and AAPD members graciously subsidize Student Member attendance at these events through their annual conference registration fees. The regular fee for attending the Friday Welcome Reception is $125.00 and $175.00 for the President’s Dinner. Guests of students registered in this category must register and pay for social events at the time of registration at the regular fees of $125.00 for the Friday Welcome Reception and $175.00 for the Saturday President’s Dinner./// Les membres étudiants de l’ACDP/CAPD qui sont citoyens ou résidents canadiens et participent à un programme accrédité de cycle supérieur en dentisterie pédiatrique sont les invités de l’Académie, et leur inscription aux séances scientifiques du vendredi et du samedi est gratuite. Ils devront débourser des frais symboliques de 50 $ pour assister à la réception de bienvenue du vendredi soir et de 75 $ pour participer au dîner du président du samedi soir. Afin d’encourager le plus grand nombre des membres étudiants à s’impliquer au sein de l’Académie, les membres de l’ACDP/CAPD subventionnent gracieusement leur participation à ces activités par le biais de leurs propres frais d’inscription au congrès annuel. Les frais réguliers sont en effet de 125 $ pour assister à la réception de bienvenue du vendredi et de 175 $ pour participer au dîner du président.

10:30 to 12:00 -- Focus on Function: Nasoalveolar molding, Velopharyngeal Dysfunction, and speech/language evaluation.

13:00 to 15:00 -- Know your Patient: A review of developmental conditions commonly encountered in pediatric dental practice: cleft lip and palate, oligodontia, ectodermal dysplasia, and selected syndromes.
