Registration

  • Active CAPD/ACDP Members may submit a $250.00 + 5% GST deposit toward the 2026 Annual Conference in Winnipeg. By submitting this deposit, members will have priority reservation privileges for accommodation at the Fairmont Winnipeg Hotel, the Conference headquarters. Those who deposited will be asked to fill out the complete Conference Registration form in the new year. The $250.00 + 5% GST deposit will be applied toward the Conference Registration Fee.///Les membres actifs de l’ACDP/CAPD peuvent verser un acompte de 250 $, plus 5% TPS, en vue du congrès annuel de 2026 qui aura lieu à Winnipeg, MB. En versant cet acompte, les membres auront droit à la réservation prioritaire de leur hébergement à Fairmont Winnipeg où se tiendra le congrès. Les personnes ayant versé l’acompte seront priées de remplir le formulaire d’inscription au congrès. Cet acompte de 250 $ + 5% TPS sera alors déduit des frais d’inscription au congrès.

The Pre-Registration Fee of $250.00 (CAD) + 5% HST (Goods and Services Tax) guarantees accommodation at the Sheraton Cavalier Saskatoon Hotel. The Fee will be credited toward the Conference Registration fee when formal registration begins in the New Year.

  • The "run of the house" room rate is $204.00 ++
In addition, there are a limited number of other guestrooms
  • Deluxe King, City View @ $234.00 ++
  • Deluxe King, River View @ $244.00 ++
  •  One-Bedroom Suite, Queen, Sofabed, City View @ $274.00++
Room rates do not include taxes, currently set at: 6% Provincial Sales Tax; 5% Federal Goods and Service, and 3% Destination Marketing Program (DMP).

The CAPD/ACDP Special Room Block rate is available 3 days before and 3 days after the Conference.

Please note that the hotel will NOT take reservations for the hotel room block until General Registration begins around the end of February, 2027.The only way to Pre-Reserve your accommodation is to Pre-Register with CAPD/ACDP.

The Saskatoon 2027 Annual Conference cancellation deadline is September 1, 2027. Requests received in writing on or before September 1 will be fully refunded (Pre-registration and registration). No refunds will be allowed after September 1, 2027.
