SELF-PARKING INSTRUCTIONS:

• Your special parking rate for CAPD 2025 $15.00+GST per day, per vehicle. (Our regular rate is $32.00+).
• Your guests can drive into the Westin parking lot from 3rd Ave SW and self-park their vehicles on C or D level only.

-The code to the garage is: 3146# (pound key at the end of the number).

-Levels A and B are reserved for valet parking only. The daily rate for valet parking is $45.00+ per vehicle. (The special rate of $15.00 does not apply to valet parking). 

-To activate a special parking rate ($15.00+), at the parking meter, your guests will have to choose as below: Special Rate Option à CAPD Annual Conference. After they select ‘CAPD 2025’ option, they will need to type CAPD code. Please share this information with your attendees, who will be driving to the hotel.

• Registered Guests:

Hotel Guests, paying for their parking individually, will have to register their vehicle license plates at the Front Desk upon their check in if they want to put the charges on their room for the entire stay or pay directly at the parking meter (if you pay at the parking meter you will need to renew your daily ticket every day).

• Non-Registered Guests:

Conference Attendees, paying for their parking individually, can pay directly at the parking meter.

• Please note that registering the vehicle or having a valid parking ticket is essential to avoid ticketing or towing.

Our parking lot operates on first come, first served basis and the space cannot be guaranteed due to limited availability.

• In case if our parking lot is full, your guests can park in the nearby parking Lot #197, which is marked as Option 1 on the diagram below (entrance from 3rd Ave SW as well). Lot #197 is located 1 min walk from The Westin Hotel and the same special discount code will be valid there as well.
• Please be advised, that the vehicles that are taller than 6 ft will have to self-park at lot #197 due to their size.
